  • We currently ship only to addresses in the United States and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. 

 

  • All shipping charges are a flat rate per order of $9.95. 

 

 

 

Making a Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase online, items may be returned for full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.  After the 14 days, we will no longer accept any return for an exchange or a refund.

You must request a return authorization before sending your item back. Only send returns using the pre-paid return label emailed to you so we have the ability to track the return. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

Items must be returned to us unworn with all Scout & Molly's tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

All sales are final on jewelry, intimate apparel, face masks, sale items, and special orders.

Receiving a Refund

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our office. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the original purchase – please allow up to 5-10 business days for your institution to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you an email when the return has been processed and the refund has been initiated.

 

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

Each item that leaves us is inspected by our team and packaged to ensure that they stay in perfect condition on their way to you. If for some reason you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at quarryvillage@scoutandmollys.com with a photo of the damage, or description of the wrong item you received, along with your order number. We will make sure to take care of you!

 

Are returns free?

Yes! Once you initiate the return process outlined above we will email you a pre-paid shipping label for you to mail back your order.
